Molewood Orchard

Molewood Orchard

Wander through Molewood Orchard in Greytown and pick your own basket of fresh sun-warmed and scrumptious apples and pears, open every weekend from Saturday 2 March until early June.

This year, for the first time, you'll not only be able to pick your own fresh apples but your own fresh pears straight from the tree as well!

Also keep an eye out for the Greytown Apple Harvest Festival at Molewood Meadows on Saturday 27 April or if postponed due to rain on Sunday 28 April.

Picking your own apples and pears makes a great day out for the whole family in charming Greytown. Bring your own picnic to enjoy in Molewood Meadows - an idyllic space to relax and rest from the exertion of your apple picking!

Molewood Orchard have been growing apples and pears in sunny Greytown for over 30 years for both international and domestic markets, growing different varieties with different degrees of sweetness and tartness, many perfectly suited for baking or eating fresh.

Keep up to date with picking days on their Facebook page.
